Thai Movie Night: Bridging Cultures
Islamabad, 22 May 2025 – The Ambassador of Thailand to Islamabad presided over the opening ceremony of Thai Movie Night at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA), which was met with an enthusiastic reception.

Event Highlights

The event was held over three days (22–24 May 2025), featuring the screening of the Thai animated film Khan Kluay. The film beautifully conveys core values of Thai culture such as family love, courage, and selflessness.

Community Engagement

As part of its community outreach, the Royal Thai Embassy organized special screenings for students from Mashal Model School (a school for underprivileged children) on 23–24 May. This initiative provided young audiences with the opportunity to enjoy Thai animation and served as a way to give back to society.

Public Reception

The film was warmly received by Pakistani audiences, who expressed appreciation and admiration for Thai culture.
