On the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua reaching 26,469 days of age on Tuesday, 14 January 2025, matching the age of King Buddha Yodfa Chulalok the Great, the founder of the Chakri Dynasty, the Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad organized activities to demonstrate loyalty and gratitude for His Majesty’s boundless benevolence.

On 9 January 2025, the Embassy conducted a volunteer activity by serving Biryani lunch to more than 300 students at Mashal Model School. The school provides education to underprivileged youth in the Bari Imam community, located near the Diplomatic Enclave with about 300 students.

Then on 10 January 2025, the Ambassador, along with Buddhist officials and staff of the Embassy, gathered for prayer and meditation to dedicate merit to His Majesty the King at the International Buddhist Center, which is a center for Buddhist activities and events under the management of High Commission of Sri Lanka, within the Diplomatic Enclave.
