A procedure of applying a Certificate of Entry (COE) for spouse and family members of a Thai national who wishes to enter Thailand.
The applicant's request will be considered on a case-by-case basis in views of reason and necessity. The issuance of COE is subject to approval by Thai authorities concerned. The Embassy has no authority to give approval of COE.
