The Royal Thai Embassy, with the kind cooperation of the Thai Community, Thai students and Friends of Thailand in Islamabad, cordially hosted a National Day reception on 8 December 2017 to commemorate  the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, and Thailand’s Father’s Day at the Marriott Hotel. The event was graciously attended by a Chief Guest, His Excellency Lieutenant-General (R) Abdul Qadir Baloch, Federal Minister for States and Frontier Regions, high ranking officials from the government of Pakistan, members of  diplomatic corps, private sector and academia.
