            On 2 December 2016, H.E. Mr. Suchart Liengsaengthong, Ambassador of Thailand, presided over the Buddhist merit making ceremony at the Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad to pay tribute to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej on the occasion of the 50-day mourning period. The ceremony was attended by Thai government officials and families, Thai communities living in Islamabad and Lahore, as well as Myanmar Ambassador and spouse, and spouse of Belgian Ambassador.
