On 1 -  3  August 2016, H.E. Mr. Suchart Liengsaengthong, Ambassador of Thailand to Pakistan, led 10-member Thai business delegation from renowned companies in Thailand, which included Giffarine Skyline Unity Co. Ltd., manufacturers of cosmetics and food products; Fashion Food Co. Ltd. readymade food and snacks manufacturers; Srithai Superware Public Company Ltd. dealing in melamine kitchenware; SCG Trading Co.Ltd. manufacturer of cement, construction and industrial materials, and energy products as well as Bangkok Chain Hospital PCL. to visit the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) and the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.  The objective of bringing Thai businessmen to Pakistan is to provide them with a first-hand knowledge about business and economic potential of Pakistan and to explore business matchmaking with Pakistani Counterparts.
