On 2 March 2016, H.E. Mr. Suchart Liengsaengthong, Ambassador of Thailand, met and discussed with H.E. Mr. Muhammad Khan Daha, Member National Assembly of Pakistan (NA157), and Mr. Syed Naveen Zafar, Chairman of Ayaan Group of Companies, whose business is related to 5 sectors, which are; leather products, telecommunication, visa drop box agent, sports related products, and tourism. During the meeting, the issues discussed were ways and potential to increase import and export of products between Thailand and Pakistan, the promotion of tourism between Thailand and Pakistan, as well as the potential to enhance interaction between the Parliament of Thailand and Pakistan.
