         On 5 December 2014, H.E. Mr. Tomwit Jarnson, Ambassador of Thailand to Pakistan, hosted a reception to celebrate the 87th Royal Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and the National Day of Thailand at the Royal Thai Embassy.  More than 300 guests from the Pakistani Government and private sector, Ambassadors, diplomatic corps, and the Thai community including Thai students attended the event with Mr. Rana Tanveer Hussain, Federal  Minister for Defence Production of Pakistan as the Chief Guest. The Ambassador delivered his remarks highlighting the royal initiatives, development projects, particularly the soil resource conservation. The Ambassador and distinguished guests cut a cake to humbly wish His Majesty the King of Thailand health and happiness, followed by a Thai boxing or Muay Thai performance by the Thai students.          

        On 4 December 2014 H.E. Mr. Tomwit Jarnson, Ambassador of Thailand to Pakistan, led Embassy officials, Team Thailand and the Thai community in Pakistan in a candle-lit ceremony at the Royal Thai Embassy to pay respect and extend humble wishes to His Majesty the King on the auspicious occasion of the 87th Royal Birthday Anniversary of H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
