On 13 November 2014, H.E. Mr. Tomwit Jarnson, Ambassador of Thailand to Pakistan, in the capacity of Regional Dean of ASEAN joined Dean of the Diplomatic Corps together with Regional Deans of various regions such as Europe, Central Asia, South Asia, Africa, Arab Group to call upon H.E. Mr. Mamnoon Hussain, President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. They discussed the issues of mutual interest. The President of Pakistan requested all Ambassadors’ understanding of the political and economic situation in Pakistan as well as the policies of the government of Pakistan in dealing with the protestors in Islamabad and the terrorist groups in North Waziristan.
