On 17 June 2014, Ms. Ayesha Mushtaq, Exchange Coordinator and Mr. Hamza Aslam, Student Coordinator, International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE) together with Mr. Prad Piyawongpinyo, Thai exchange student, paid a courtesy on H.E. Mr. Tomwit Jarnson, Ambassador of Thailand to Pakistan. Mr. Prad Piyawongpinyo, a third year student in Chemical Engineering at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, is the second Thai student who has been selected to participate in the said exchange programme to study in the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Islamabad for 8 weeks. Ambassador expressed an appreciation to IAESTE for initiating this exchange programme and encouraged the Thai students to participate in this programme as it will give the Thai students real world exposure and the experience of living and studying in a different culture.
