On 22 February 2014, H.E. Mr. Tomwit Jarnson, Ambassador of Thailand to Pakistan, presided over a seminar on Career Development for the Thai students in Pakistan organized by the Embassy. Prof. Dr. Jaran Maluleem and Dr. Anas Amatayakul were invited to be guest speakers in the seminar. The objective of the seminar was to provide the Thai students in Pakistan with the knowledge and guidelines on how to study and live abroad as well as useful information on certain educational qualifications in order to seek employment in Thailand. A session on the history of Islam in Europe and in the Middle East was also organized to give a more comprehensive world views to the students. The seminar was well attended by over 120 Thai students.
