On 19 November 2010, from 18.30 – 21.00 hrs., at the Royal Thai Embassy, Ambassador Marut Jitpatima and Mrs. Jiraporn Jitpatima accompanied by Mr. Chanchai Jiamboonsri, Minister Counsellor, Col. Sungkom Tamjadee, Defence Attache, Mr. Narintre Nicrothanonda, Second Secretary and their spouses as well as Mr. Panutat Yodkaew, Second Secretary, attended the dinner organized by the Thai Students Club in Pakistan to celebrate Eid ul-Adha.   On this occasion, the Ambassador gave an opening speech and emphasized the Embassy’s continued support of 2 projects designed to  further strengthen the education, well-being and activities of the Thai students in Pakistan.  He also urged the students to be careful and alert on spending their daily lives and to stay indoors especially during the time of security crisis.  After the dinner, the students enjoyed karaoke singing and playing games.

The next morning on 20 November, at F6 soccer field,  the Ambassador and all the staff including the Defence Attache joined the students in a friendly soccer match.
